She was raised in an entrepreneurial family, attained a unique education in both fine arts and political theory, and is a natural facilitator. Her passion and purpose have coalesced around empowering entrepreneurs to affect positive social, environmental and economic change. With more than a decade of impact design under her belt she is a veteran in THIS space and is uniquely positioned to translate how todays ideas become tomorrows impact.

Michelle is an enthusiastic disrupter to business-as-usual. She is able to critically examine the big challenges faced by today’s society, while daring to demonstrate how regenerative solutions are possible here and now. Her background is in food sustainability, which has bolstered her ability to align climate justice with economic objectives, and has prepared her for the work needed to seed impact and cultivate its growth! With less than a decade left on the climate clock, Michelle is eager to help big and small businesses be a force for good.

Kate also brings with her over seven years of experience in commercial property and development. Her unique blend of skills and experience enables her to understand the multifaceted challenges and opportunities in implementing sustainable practices across different industries. Embracing the IDEO belief that collective intelligence surpasses individual insight, Kate's strategic and optimistic approach positions her as a crucial partner for businesses seeking to merge economic growth with environmental and social responsibility.

Her background in sustainable procurement consulting sparked her passion for helping companies leverage their buying power to go beyond risk mitigation, striving for net positive environmental and social impact within their supply chains. Mairin finds joy and excitement in stewarding individuals and businesses towards realizing their purpose, in alignment with our global pursuit for a just and equitable economy.
